One of our companies is currently looking for a Customer Success Manager in United States. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. You will manage the customer journey from onboarding through continued engagement, focusing on maintaining high customer satisfaction and driving business expansion. By understanding customer needs and proactively addressing their concerns, you will contribute to the company's growth and success while supporting sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency goals. Accountabilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, overseeing their success and identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled effectively and projects are on track
- Conduct regular check-ins, quarterly reviews, and customer meetings to demonstrate value and address any issues
- Monitor customer interactions and resolve any complaints or service challenges to maintain high satisfaction levels
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer success, account management, or executive sales, ideally in a sustainability or energy-focused industry
- Strong CRM experience, with the ability to manage and track customer data and interactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at the C-level
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in energy management or related fields
